Kody Evans, who recently announced his intentions on vying for 2020 Rookie of the Year honors on the national tour, finished a strong fourth in his loaded heat race before placing sixth in his B-Main, which unfortunately kept him out of the 50-lap headliner. In Saturday's finale, Kody wound up sixth in his heat race and fifth in his B-Main, but was once again unfortunately not able to make the start in the 50-lapper. (September 29, 2019)
After making repairs to the #4G Longhorn Chassis following the 'World 100' weekend, Kody Evans Racing (KER) returned to action on Saturday night, September 28 at the venerable Florence Speedway in Union, Kentucky. Kody Evans started last in his heat race and unfortunately ran over something on the racetrack during the prelim, which broke multiple parts underneath the rear-end of his machine. Following the seventh place finish and busy work by the crew to make more repairs, Kody rolled off from the inside of the eighth row in the $1,200 to win weekly feature event. The Camden, Ohio ace was on the gas from the drop of the green flag in the 30-lapper and blasted all the way up to second before settling for a third place podium effort behind only victor Jared Bailey and runner-up David Webb! (September 8, 2019)
The Kody Evans Racing (KER) team invaded the hallowed ground of Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio from September 5-7 for the 49th edition of the fabled 'World 100.' On Thursday evening in the weekend lid lifter, Kody Evans ran sixth in his heat race, won his B-Main, and later placed twenty-second in the final finishing order of the 25-lap sprint. At the 1/2-mile, high-banked speedplant on Friday night, Kody grabbed the fourth transfer spot through his heat race, but was unfortunately caught up in a hard wreck on lap 11 that dropped him to twenty-fourth at the pay window.

A whopping $52,000 top prize was then up for grabs at the "Big E" on Saturday, as a record crowd gathered to witness the culmination of the annual 'World 100.' Due to the damage inflicted to his Longhorn Chassis in Friday's wreck, Kody was forced to scratch from the 'World 100' and was not able to vie for the coveted starting position in the 100-lap headliner.
